    Worst experience I've ever had. Staff are rude, my a/c didn't work and it was plus 30 all week I asked them everyday to fix it and they did not. Stains and cigarette burns in my blankets and it wasn't a smoking room. Dirty grimmy disgusting place. Not happy at all.
